You will travel by bus from the city centre of Bergen to Ulriken gondola lift, where the new cable car takes you up to the highest of Bergen's 7 mountains.
At Mount Ulriken you will meet your guide at 10 am for a guided hike off the beaten track, showing you why the locals love this area. And, you will of course visit the highest point. The local guide will also be able to tell you about Norwegian culture, habits and history.
The trip offers spectacular nature, 643 meters above sea level. From the top you will have magnificent views of Bergen, the sea, skerries, fjords and mountains.
After the 2-2,5 hour mountain hiking you will return to the town centre of Bergen where you can spend the rest of the day exploring the charming Hanseatic city.

Fitness level required: The hike requires some experience in hiking and has a easy/medium difficulty level. Most of the hike is in uneven terrain that may be wet and slippery, so proper hiking shoes are required.
Special conditions: As a participant, you must ensure that you use shoes that are suitable for hiking in wet/rough terrain. The guide can reject participants who do not have suitable shoes.
Weather dependent: All outdoor activities are weather dependent and may be cancelled by the provider or replaced by more suitable alternatives should the conditions not permit to run the tour as planned. A full refund will be made for activities cancelled by the supplier due to weather conditions.
